International Workshop on Computer Science and Engineering (WCSE) initialed in 2008. It was started by several professors in Universities, Science and Engineering Institute (SCIEI) take it over since 2012.The conference proceedings of WCSE are of high academic value and it has been included by Elsevier since 2014.

CZES provides a full set of conference management services for WCSE conference since 2012. From 2015, SCIEI began to realize the significance of local support to WCSE conference and starts seeking ways to collaborate with local universities, who should be responsible for peer-review process and provide assistance in Visa application etc.

In 2015, CZES managed to build up cooperation relationship with Bauman Moscow State Technical University (BMSTU), Russia, the top university of Russia. WCSE 2015 took place at the BMSTU campus, conference papers were reviewed by the professors of BMSTU who joined the committee, and the most renowned, prof. Victor Kazakovtsev delivered the keynote speech at the conference. BMSTU also issued Yellow Card to participants to help with VISA application. The conference proceedings were successfully published, and included by Elsevier.

In 2016, CZES found a way to cooperate with Tokyo University of Science, Japan. WCSE 2016 took place at Kagurazaka campus, Morito Memorial Hall. The conference chair, Prof. Hayato Ohwada, from Tokyo University of Science helped with VISA application for participants. The conference proceedings were successfully published, and included by Elsevier.

In 2017, CZES will help WCSE get in touch with China Agriculture University, Beijing, China. WCSE 2017 will be held in Beijing as planned.
