When they chose Kyushu as the conference location in 2015, the biggest problem faced with CPESE organizing committee was that, a local contact between the conference organizing committee and the government must be found, and it became the key to get local support.

CZES found CPESE the local partner:  Kyushu Institute of Technology, as technical supporter, who not only did help with paper review, but also the VISA application. We also found CPESE the local sponsors: Kitakyushu city and West Japan Industry and Trade Convention Association, who provided convention center for free and arranged the one day tour.

In 2016, CPESE continued the cooperation with Kyushu Institute of Technology, Kitakyushu city, West Japan Industry and Trade Convention Association, and it brought more delegates to Kyushu.
